LAKE PARK Office 229-559-2011 Phone service and recorded message if we are not there. We will be in the office on the following days and hours. Upcoming Lake Park dates will be October 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24; November 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21; also December 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19; Then January 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, 2012; February 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, 2012. Hours in Lake Park: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 8AM to 11:30AM and 1PM to 6PM. Saturdays: 8AM to 11:30AM and 1PM to 5PM. Sundays: 8AM to 11:30AM and 1PM to 6PM. Mondays: 8AM to 11:30PM and 1PM to 4PM. We break for lunch promptly at 11:30AM and resume seeing patients at noon each day we are in Lake Park.

WAYCROSS Office We have closed the Waycross office. I am NOT retiring and your records will be available in Lake Park or Albany if you wish to transfer to one of those offices.
